Trips

School trips include both fun activities including visiting the snow zone as well as educational visits to museums, farms and historical sites.

Last year the secondary school went to the cinema to watch the multi-award-winning film: Goodbye Julia and were given the task to discuss and make posters about their views on the political, cultural and symbolism of the relationships in the movie.

Their efforts were rewarded by a visit and workshop to our school from the director Mo Kordofani and star of the movie Eiman Yousif in person.

Our overnight camping trip for our Year 9 and 10 students taught them essential survival skills such as pitching a tent, cooking their own food, lighting a campfire, hiking in the desert, how to survive a freezing night out in the desert, as well as cementing lifelong relationships between them all.
